Meet Carl & Diane Koontz!

I live in Denver, Colorado and I'm the proud parent of two wonderful sons that have blessed us with 4 grandchildren.  My professional background was in real estate as broker and owner of a Coldwell Banker Office in Estes Park, Colorado.

I worked long hard hours in our real estate business.  I saw an opportunity to leave the rat race of corporate America and work at home.  As a result, my husband and I  enjoy time freedom, time with our family, and more time to travel.  We love the freedom! Over the last few months we have celebrated a grandson's birthday at Disney World, golfed for a month in Hawaii, and taken our granddaughters on a trip we will always remember.  We spent January in  Phoenix and watched the sun set over the Grand Canyon. We have enjoyed watching the grizzlies in Yellowstone National Park and so much more!  These are just some of the rewards from this business.
